Therapies

Integrative Writing Therapy includes the practice of writing therapy alongside stress management techniques, mindfulness, good nutrition and positive lifestyle choices. This inclusive approach has been found to be beneficial to people suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and chronic illness. 

Our one to one sessions are carried out by phone or over Zoom, they typically last around one hour.

Your first session is free and is one of discovery, for you to discuss whether IWT is for you and for your therapist to ensure this is the best option for you.

If we don't think we can help, we'll be happy to offer alternative solutions either with another therapist, or, with a medical professional.

At all times your sessions with us are confidential.

If stress is triggering anxiety which in turn triggers depression, you probably already know what is setting off this downward spiral. IWF helps you by teaching you techniques to halt your stress triggers before things get out of control. We then identify, together, healthy lifestyle options to help you achieve full body wellness.
