Integrative Writing Therapy
Become a qualified IWT practitioner and learn about stress management and the causes of anxiety and depression. The course will teach you about the latest medical research so you understand more about your subject, treatment options available to you as a therapist, such as writing as a therapy, mindfulness, meditation and the importance of lifestyle changes recommended by the medical profession.

Regular meet-ups with your trainer during your course and even after you qualify. There will always be a trained therapist to answer any queries you may have, whether therapy or admin related.

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate from
Red Balloon Therapy Training School which will enable you to obtain professional indemnity insurance through Westminster Indemnity.
